East Raleigh Meeting

Hi all!  Just a little update about our Knightdale meeting.  The kind folks at Rex Wellness have said that our meetings are working well and they see no problem with continuing them for the foreseeable future.  Although they haven’t formally committed to being a permanent location, we will meet there for as long as they will have us.  If you know any nursing moms in the area (East Raleigh, Knightdale, Wendell, etc.), please let them know we are here!  First Wednesdays of the month at 10 am.  Thanks!!

Whole Foods 5% Day!

How exciting! La Leche League of Raleigh is lucky enough to split the proceeds from Whole Foods North Raleigh’s 5% Community Giving Day with a postpartum support group in the area.   If you can, come see us and shop on Tuesday, March 24th!  We will have a table set up and lead a small breastfeeding class at 11 am and 7 pm.  We are so grateful for this opportunity and can’t wait to see everyone.  Thank you Whole Foods!

Toddler Meeting Cancelled 2/18

Due to the inclement weather, we have decided to cancel the Toddler Meeting scheduled to take place tomorrow morning, February 18th.  We are hoping to reschedule for next week, but will have to pay attention to the weather for that date too.  We’ll keep you updated.  Stay warm!
